About the roleWe are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time
Team Leader capacity at Melbourne Airport.Our Australian Way store, provides our customers with unique Australian products and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!
To be successful, you will need:- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across evening shifts of 15.30pm-11.30pm
