An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Customer Service Representative to join the team.

The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- General sales inquiries, by telephone, in person, by email or fax
- Provide technical information to customers and prospects
- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up outstanding orders, ensuring orders are delivered or received on time
- Seek to grow the business through introduction of new or alternative solutions
Preferable Criteria:
- Industrial sales background, with a record for exceeding customer expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, including MS Office
- Consultative selling skills to enhance customer relationship and rapport
- Knowledge of welding processes
- Experience in electrical wholesaling or similar would be advantageous
- A desire to learn and grow personally
