Retail/Reception - My Optometrist

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join a dedicated team as a Retail Assistant, and providing administrative support to the team.

The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
Well presented with excellent communication and listening skills
A collaborative team player with good work ethics
Organised, attention to detail
Motivated to learn and take on new challenges
Previous retail and customer service experience is a bonus but not essential as training will be provided

ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the team as a Retail assistant, you will enjoy working in a supportive and rewarding retail environment.
You will be working 2 days a week - Tuesday or Friday and Saturday
Key aspects of this role include:

• Providing exceptional customer care
• Retail customer service and sale of frames and lenses
• Providing reception support to book appointments, and general administrative tasks
• Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
