About the Role
To support our growth focused approach, we currently have an opportunity in our Brisbane branch for an experienced Retention Coordinator to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Reporting directly to the NSW Field Sales Manager.
- This role is "internal based" which is high volume of calls to our existing customers.
- Effective and efficient management of activities to proactively maximise existing customer base retention.
- Effective and efficient management of customer “gas cylinder reconciliation/audit” processes.
- Manage the “de-hire process” following through with recording reasoning and direct potential lost customers to the Account Manager to action “save” processes.
- Make contact (where necessary) with customers to facilitate the “retention” processes.
- Manage and facilitate interdepartmental relationships with the sales, logistics, administration, maintenance and technical teams.
- Competence and compliance management of above areas in line with relevant standards and Supagas Policies & procedures.
- Experience in a retention role would be beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners.
- Candidates will have a passion for customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have high level of resilience.

- The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
