About the Role:
As a Members Services Representative you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing speaking with customers who have indicated a desire to leave the business and look to ensure they receive the highest possible level of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Speaking with customers who may be looking to leave the business and looking to retain them as a customer
  • Demonstrating a knowledge of the different products and services on offer and which solution would be the best fit for a customer
  • Provide quality advice to customers regarding relevant relevant health insurance products
  • Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others
HOURS: This is a full-time 3 month role with view to go permanant. Rotating roster across Mon-Fri 8.30am - 8pm.
START DATE: Monday 29th January 2024
Skills and Experience:
Our client is open to a wide variety of backgrounds however experience in a sales environment is a must. If you bring experience in health, finance, customer service or are a recent graduate looking to make your first step, we encourage you to apply!
  • Sales experience within a corporate, retail or other setting
  • Extremely clear and high level communication skills
  • Empathetic approach when speaking with members and ability to develop rapport
  • Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is highly desirable
