About the Role
This position is responsible for managing the reinstatement of all Retirement Living apartments or villas to comply with legislative requirements and managing the maintenance of all Retirement Living buildings and equipment. This position will be responsible for small Capital works in conjunction with the General Manager Retirement Living and the Wesley Mission Qld Facilities and Project Team and reporting to the Operations Manager. This position is required to travel across all Wesley Mission Queensland Retirement Living sites in Brisbane to perform the duties of the position.
About You
We are looking for a talented trades professional to join our Retirement Living team. Ideally you will have experience in refurbishment or reinstatement of apartments as this position is primarily responsible for scoping works and engaging trades to reinstate our quality Retirement Living units. The successful applicant must have excellent computer skills and familiar with induction of contractors and creating and managing work orders.
