About the role:
- Full time position
- Based at our Wayville, Morphett Vale and Elizabeth locations but also requiring regular travel within SA
- Randstad are a large recruitment business nationally and worldwide, this role is located in South Australia as part of our established Occupational Health and Return to Work Consulting business
The successful applicant will join our multidisciplinary Occupational Health and Return to Work team and should have experience in either some or all of the following areas:
- Return to Work SA services including Worksite Assessments, Graduated Return to Work schedules, Return to Work Consulting, Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Early Intervention injury management including triaging injuries and coordinating appropriate medical support.
- Working with businesses in developing effective injury prevention and management procedures to minimise the instances and impact of workplace injuries
- Randstad Occupational Health services including Pre-Employment Assessments, Manual Handling Training, Drug and Alcohol testing, Audiometry, Spirometry.
Role requirements
It is desirable that the successful applicant possess the following however we encourage those motivated to learn to apply also:
- Experience in workers compensation and Return to Work management
- Knowledge of injury management, claims management and SA Return to Work legislation
- Ability to interpret medical reports and communicate with treatment providers and claims managers
- Ability to think of new strategies and approaches to provide effective support to businesses within SA
- Ability to Work with high levels of autonomy and as part of a team (including other third-party providers)
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience in completion of Worksite Assessments, Job Dictionaries and Graduated Return to Work schedules
- Experience in completing functional and pre-employment assessments
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
- Membership/registration with relevant professional associations
- SA Driver's license
- First Aid/ CPR
