You will liaise with multidisciplinary staff and stakeholders to accurately identify ineligible, compensable and private patients; to maximise hospital revenue via various Revenue Enhancement initiatives and to ensure ‘customer satisfaction’ amongst patients admitted utilising their private health cover.
