Reception/Customer Service Officer
A highly regarded Australian Owned manufacturer, distributor and supplier of commercial cleaning chemicals, washroom & tabletop paper products and cleaning accessories is offering an opportunity for a self-motivated person to fill a full-time reception and customer service position in our Wetherill Park Office.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook.
Full Time / Permanent Position
Key Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Answer all incoming calls & general reception duties
- Assist customers with enquiries
- Greet visitors and assist walk in customers with orders
- Receiving sales orders from customers & sales representatives via phone, fax and email
- Data entry and invoicing of customer orders
- Processing credit card payments
- Managing customer back orders
- Book time slots for deliveries
- Liaise with internal sales representatives and delivery staff
To be considered for this role you are required to have a demonstrated ability in the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience delivering quality customer service, responding promptly to customer and management needs in a professional and timely manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines and effectively manage priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently working as part of a team and communicating with a variety of customers
