You have prior experience working in commercial roles within Finance, Sales, or Category in the FMCG industry. You are a strategic and analytical thinker with an astute ability to turn data into compelling insights. You take pride in your ability to foster strong and positive relationships across all levels of stakeholders. You have an ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity with an action orientated mindset.
Ideally you will have:
- Understanding of FMCG Pricing / Promotional strategy process and principles
- Experience analysing internal and external data
- Commercial acumen, ability to understand internal & customer P&L
- Strong understanding of Scan and Shopper Data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen, Quantium)
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Numeric and Analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously
