The Opportunity
The Senior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst role will be responsible for developing and integrating local Strategic Revenue Management capabilities.
In this role, you will serve as a key business partner and market co-pilot for Sales, Marketing & Finance, supporting decisions specifically for the Australian market with a focus on the Licensed portfolio. This includes ensuring delivery of RGM annual commitments and marketplace competitiveness while delivering sustainable Revenue Growth opportunities.
You will be using your analytical skillet to help to drive sustainable growth for us and our customers over time.
Key responsibilities include:-
- Support RGM Manager in collaboration with Commercial Finance and Sales to agree upon and implement Trading Terms across our Licensed customer base.
- Support Pricing/Promotion Governance Process through Tools/Reporting
- Supporting our Pricing & Promotional strategy
- Assist Marketing and Category with all New Product Development (NPD) shelf and promo price recommendations into the NPD process.
- Support analytics behind ongoing price increase process for Licensed portfolio coordinating closely with Finance and Sales.
What’s in your toolkit?
- Understanding of market pricing dynamics.
- Experience analysing internal and external data.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Powerful Excel and data warehouse / reporting tool skills (Power BI preferred).
- Understanding of FMCG Pricing / Promotional strategy process and principles.
