The Job
The responsibilities of this role are to support Iron Mountain global revenue growth, applying your expertise in pricing and creative analytics in coordination with business partners across the organization. This role will focus on pricing strategy implementation for our Asia Pacific business, across different
products such as records management, tape storage, secure shredding and digital business.
This role is an important part of our commitment to excellence in revenue management. This also offers
an opportunity to work closely with the Commercial team and stakeholders across the entire organization, globally and in every function, since effective price management demands collaboration
and consensus building.
The Responsibilities
Drive price strategy: translate business goals into price strategies for existing business and new opportunities. Partner with the Commercial teams to gain buy-in and maximize impact
Lead the implementation of projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth: identify, scope and lead the implementation of projects and initiatives which will drive revenue growth through providing analysis and alignment with stakeholders
Performance Tracking: perform a post review of projects and initiatives implemented and evaluate outcome through providing analysis, monitor performance and identify gap fill if needed
Manage the Reporting Process: own the APAC Revenue Management reporting process and ensure timely and reasonableness of the reports and be able to provide analysis to drive initiatives or action plan
The Person
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred - especially business, statistics or economics
Certified Pricing Professional recognition highly prized
5+ years' experience, with a passion for pricing and project management
Advanced proficiency MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, GSuite Products
Ability to aggregate and organize large quantities of data from multiple sources
Ability to design, construct, analyze and explain financial and other analytics models that are insightful, yet simple and transferrable
Able to recognize and identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis
Ability, desire and maturity to interface with executive management (which requires knowing when to listen and when to push back)
Ability to manage discussions and influence decision stakeholders at all levels, often without direct authority
Creative analytic capability: the ability to utilize data to identify opportunities and build a compelling story for change; translate financial analysis into prescriptive, actionable recommendations
Persuasion: the ability to lead change and align multiple teams; to influence multiple senior leaders without direct authority; fluency with conference calls, webinars, PowerPoint, etc.
Multi-disciplinary capability: the ability to interact across functions and cultures
Speak statistics: pivot tables, correlation, Tableau or Qlikview, Customer Relationship
Management system experience, price optimization tool exposure - all highly valued
