About The Role

  • Develop and manage the 12-18 month Sales Enablement roadmap.
  • Leading enablement initiatives that increase the sales and CS productivity and support the transformation of all go-to-market roles.
  • Operationalise global sales enablement programs that underpin the GTM transformation programme.
  • In conjunction with marketing and product development, create and maintain written content such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and other custom work needed to educate the go-to-market teams on how to advance deals through the pipeline.
  • Implement the development, delivery and training of effective sales playbooks for each go-to-market role across the organisation.
  • Design, deliver and maintain a comprehensive sales and service training roadmap.  Ensure the curriculum covers market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes and systems, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training.
  • Design, deliver, evaluate and maintain effective training programs on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.  Help to manage the sales enablement content repository in alignment with product and marketing and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Drive continuous innovation in enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales and customer success teams.  Deliver a blended learning model to include facilitator-led (classroom), webinars, event-based, and self-paced (e-learning) training.
  • Proactively, solicit and gather voice of customer feedback from the sales and customer success teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs with the customer in mind

About You
  • Experience training highly productive go-to-market teams in SaaS.
  • Proven success in designing, developing, and delivering learning (virtual and live) in sales professional development, including product and customer-facing/soft skills, sales leadership development, sales tools, methodologies and processes, as well as new hire onboarding programs.
  • Understanding of sales processes and enterprise selling.  
  • An ability to manage the full training cycle with extensive knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
  • Proficient with learning management software, sales readiness & enablement platforms.
