The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Revenue Services Officer to join the team at Northern Health in delivering a timely, reliable and quality billing and debt collection services.
This position is responsible for patient liasion, billing, cashiering and maintaining the ATB and debt recovery process focussing on account follow-up.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in using i.PM
- Billing and/or administration experience within the health sector
- Proven record and confidence in manual debt collections
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- High emotional intelligence and the maturity to empathise with patient and their families
