Address Western Health Finance is seeking a permanent full time Revenue Services Officer to work in a high-volume Overseas Medicare Ineligible portfolio. The successful applicant will have demonstrated ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced demanding environment with proven capacity to show initiative, problem solve and prioritise, as well as demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail. This role would suit somebody who has experience in an accounts receivable/revenue department or the health finance industry. You will have advanced communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach. The candidate will also possess high level excel skills and written communication.

Have the ability to adapt to new software applications as required and assist with the delivery of outcomes for monthly reporting.
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to assist, screen and intercept telephone calls and ability to liaise with multiple individuals from the health sector, clinicians, patients and their careers.
Be outcome driven with strong ability to formulate strategies to address arising issues.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent computer literacy - MS Office intermediate skills.
Hold strong experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
Have Medicare Ineligible billing experience (desirable).
Have experience with Private Health Insurance (desirable).
