The Leadership, Talent and Reward (LTR) team encompasses Group Performance & Reward, Reward Advisory & Consulting, Group Reward Optimisation and Reward Governance. It aims to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people. We are amidst an exciting agile transformation which will provide opportunities to work across prioritised projects requiring reward expertise within multi-disciplinary teams.
About the role
You will support LTR by performing research and analysis to draw valuable insights on employee reward matters, producing clear and meaningful reporting. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to provide insights and advice on reward matters, to help inform appropriate action and strategies. This work is a critical contribution to the development of employee reward solutions which support the Group to reward its workforce effectively and appropriately.
We're interested in hearing from you if you have:
  • Superior analytical skills and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong skills and experience in delivering your analysis and insights in a concise and meaningful way that gets ‘cut through’.
  • Sound experience handling remuneration data in a large company.
  • Curiosity to dig deeper, explore problems and underlying challenges.
  • Capability working both individually and collaboratively, and a strong desire to actively contribute to team culture.
  • A tertiary qualification (or have one in progress) in a field relevant to the analytical work described above.
