Description
The Risk Analyst will work under the Head of Risk and support various Risk Managers across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Settlements Risk and Data Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular risk reporting and monitor for the energy portfolio position.
- Maintain the Energy Trading Risk Management system.
- Analyse the wholesale energy market and share insights to senior management.
- Perform valuations and settlement calculations.
- Enhance or implement risk management policies and procedures.
To be successful, you must have:
- 1-3 years Risk Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline – mathematics, finance, actuarial, engineering etc.
- Energy industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Driven and self-motivated individual seeking opportunities for professional development.
The salary on offer for this permanent role is $100k to $130k base + super + bonus potential.
