We are extremely proud of this achievement, as it reflects the investment in our people, their growth and development.About the roleThe Senior Analyst, Risk Reporting is responsible for providing the Risk Reporting and insights needs Rabobank Australia and New Zealand (RANZ). The role is pivotal in delivering Risk Reporting for the leadership team of the Risk division and for the Boards.Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Ensure strong reporting rhythm on all risk management reporting, and maintain focus on defined scope and timelines
- Prepare comprehensive enterprise-wide risk reports on a regional/entity basis tailored for the audience including Business Units, Risk Committees, Management and Boards
- Ensures Risk Reporting is aligned to and supports enterprise key risks and risk appetite statements, and is insightful and meaningful
- Support the design of Business Intelligence reports across all risk types
- Coordinate stakeholders across the business for contribution to enterprise-wide reports
- Ensure thorough communication with stakeholders on providing necessary input data for all board and regulatory reporting
- Communicate technical requirements and outputs in a clear and concise manner
- Provide advice to other areas in the Bank on Risk reporting.
To be successful you will have- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (business related field)
- Experience in generating new Risk Reporting
- Hands on experience with reporting on Operational Risk data
- Experience in a banking environment
- Hands on experience on data visualisation tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc
- Good understanding of portfolio reporting
- Ability to analyse, interpret, extrapolate and extract data from a number of sources and resolve complex issues
- Understanding of risk function within the bank Skills:
- Good communication and presentation skills
