Risk and Compliance Analyst

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks tailored to the Finance sector, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs.
• Gather relevant sources of information to develop insights and data analytics to support the Compliance team.
• Measure compliance effectiveness across the Compliance Framework; design, produce and maintain all required reporting and insights in relation to privacy data and Compliance breaches.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring our company remains compliant at all times.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and develop strategies for remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance issues, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders.

Key Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance or a related field.
• Compliance Management experience is highly regarded.
• In-depth knowledge of industry frameworks, regulations and standards.
• Audit and assurance knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
