About the Role:
- Provide analysis of thematic risk and compliance issues arising from control self-assessment results, compliance incedents and breaches, risk incidents and operational losses
- Implement Line 1 control assurance program and maintain internal control framework documentation
- Facilitate workshops to undertake risk and control assessments and maintain relevant documents
- Advise on risk and compliance matters and in the development of processes to manage risk and compliance in line with the risk management framework
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Experience within a complex financial services or general insurance organisation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Flexible work arrangment, a mix of work from home and work from the office
