Job DescriptionAs ALDI continues to grow, the well-being of our people are our top priorities. To support our commitment to workplace safety, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Risk and Compliance Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Minchinbury.
Supporting the wider National Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant regulations through providing accurate administrative and reporting support to our executive team.

What does the role look like?
- Generate, prepare accurate compliance reports for senior leaders, maintaining meticulous records of legal advices, legal obligations and risk treatment plans.
- Providing high level data entry, processing, manipulation, and analytics using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Stay up to date of current and upcoming regulations, ensuring our operations align with legal requirements.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team through distributing communication, managing email inboxes and updating company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing information and support to local and international teams
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and building on existing platforms.
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in an administrative or data focused role
- Demonstrated experience in data extraction, maintenance and analysis ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulations.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands whilst considering the larger picture
- A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive work culture
