We are very keen to be undertaking this search for a dynamic and talented Risk and Compliance leader who possesses both the personal qualities and professional experience to contribute to the future of our College.
About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time permanent Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Business Services team. The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for the management and implementation of risk, safety and Compliance, policy management, Workcover and training provided at the College.

What we're looking for:
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Law, Commerce, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field or minimum 5+ years of Risk and Compliance management experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in a risk management or compliance role, preferably within an educational or similar environment.
- Proactive: Ability to anticipate and address potential risks before they become issues.
- Engaged: Commitment to actively participating in school life and understanding the unique risks and Compliance challenges in an educational setting.
- Ethical: Strong sense of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Collaborative: Ability to work well with staff, students, parents, and regulatory bodies.
- Possess: A current First Aid & CPR Certificate a current, valid Blue Card as required under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
This role requires a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time.
