As the Scheduler for the Regional Maintenance Provider - North (RMP N), you are responsible for the development and management of the service delivery schedules including program planning, program execution, reporting and control of Products to be supported as they are added to the RMP N contract. The Scheduler-RMP N will be responsible for updating the schedules on an ongoing basis and tracking activities against contract deliverables. This will involve significant stakeholder liaison, negotiation, and relationship management across a range of diverse stakeholders.
What will you be involved in:
The Scheduler-RMP N is accountable for the planning and preparation of the delivery scheduling services including:
• Management and program supporting services delivery including
- Scheduling
- Continual Improvement activities
The Scheduler-RMP N has the overall responsibility for the delivery of schedules under the RMP-N Contract and Support Systems Management per the Support System Functional Model.
What we would like from you:
• Experienced Scheduler in an Australian Defence or Commercial environment with a proven track record.
• The Scheduler will ideally be tertiary qualified planning/scheduling or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work within a team orientated environment.
• Experience in complex high tempo program planning and scheduling and compliance.
• High level of analytical and reporting skills.
• High level of Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• High level of stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, data analysis and presentation skills.
• Must have security clearance (minimum baseline clearance)
