With escalating demands for our exceptional nursing services, we are currently looking for Registered Nurses to join us. We are looking for staff who are happy to work either night and/or day shifts.
As a registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members. Your dedication and skills will be integral to enhancing the well-being of those we serve in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in community settings
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans
- Educate patients and families about health management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two years of Community Nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current police check (within last 6 months) or willing to obtain
