Overview
Make a real difference and feel like an important part of the community by working within the fast paced and dynamic Emergency Department at the Murray Bridge Hospital.
As a Registered Nurse (RN1), you will provide person-centred nursing services by assessing individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN2C) the role continues to be predominantly clinical in nature; however, you will be assigned an appropriate portfolio. The allocation of portfolio responsibilities should be negotiated and be consistent with your career development plan as determined by your performance review/development plan.
Eligibility
Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
To be considered for the RN2C classification, applicants must have at lease 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
Applicants to specify in their application whether they wish to be considered for RN1 or RN2 position. There is also an opportunity to work within the infusion unit and upskill to become chemo accredited.
