The Opportunity
We are seeking a result driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Road Reserve Access Management Officer in the Don Aitken Centre, East Perth.
You will be responsible for the management of the Metropolitan Road Network "Work by Others" design review process by which developers, Local Government Authorities and Landowners are authorised to undertake works that alter Main Roads assets.
The role requires an individual to demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in one or more of road design, asset management, construction and maintenance practice, along with excellent interpersonal communication to work with a diverse range of stakeholders to build collaborative relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including design review applicants authorised to undertake works that alter Main Roads assets such as developers, utility service providers, Local Government Authorities, and landowners.
You will also provide specialist technical support relating to specifications, developing documentation, procedures and processes that contribute to ongoing improvements teamed with strong problem-solving capability.
