Job Description: We are seeking experienced Road Workers to join our team. As a road worker, you will play a vital role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of roads, highways, and other transportation infrastructure. Responsibilities include:
- Operating heavy machinery such as asphalt pavers, rollers, and graders.
- Assisting in the laying and compaction of asphalt and other road materials.
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Directing traffic and ensuring the safety of workers and the public in work zones.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
- Previous experience in road construction, maintenance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record - HR Truck or Above preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
