We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Robina Town Centre on a Casual basis.

The Position
Trident’s integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the Customer Service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers – in office or roaming the centre at various information boards
- Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
- Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers
- Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre
- Liaising with centre management and tenants
- Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives
You will have:
- Excellent personal presentation
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Effective listening skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
