- Take charge of servicing our client's rock tool supply Cost Per Metre / Full Service contracts, ensuring every swing counts!
The Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Deliver a daily dose of excellence by providing top-notch product delivery services to each drill site and company clientele
- Unleash your expertise as you remove worn and damaged Rock Tools
- Become the eyes and ears of the field as you monitor and report on site conditions, ensuring smooth operations
- Analyse tool conditions and failures, collaborating with operators to conquer any challenges that come your way
- Replenish circuit stock on each rig, keeping the gears of progress turning at full speed
- Master the art of Rock Tools Inventory management—forecasting, tracking, and monitoring like a true drilling industry expert
- Channel your detective skills as you analyse failed products, reporting any anomalies to the Product Support Manager and Sales Representative
- Enjoy 'hands-on' tasks of sorting, gauging, cutting back, grinding, and colour-coding used drill bits
- Show your skill as you refurbish blocked and bent drill rods, giving them a new lease on life
