The Role
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, we are seeking an experienced service technician to join our Perth Service Centre to be based in our Maddington service and repair workshop.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and repairing a varied range of electric and petrol Power Tools;
- Providing reliable and prompt technical support for internal and external customers;
- Providing technical hands on training to staff;
- Assisting in safety testing and tagging.
To secure this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience repairing Power Tools or similar product;
- Previous experience in the product repair industry;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
