Role Description
We are seeking 2 x full-time, on-site Roofing Sales Consultant located in Perth, WA. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our customers to provide roofing solutions that best fit their needs and budgets, follow up with those customers who have been provided quotes and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers. The Roofing Sales Consultant is a critical role in driving sales growth for the company.
This is not a cold calling or direct marketing role.
The successful applicants will be experienced in both F2F and over the phone sales, highly driven and motivated, professional, customer focused, loyal and honest.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales. (Experience is construction or Roofing Sales is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Adept at creating and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours where required. (Some Saturdays may be required from time to time)
- Experienced using CRM systems.
Salary and Package
- Base Retainer: $65,000.00 + Super
- Weekly Commissions and Bonuses
- Fuel allowance/Fuel Card
- Phone Allowance
- OTE: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 p/a
