Empyrean Education Institute, the leading college in Western Australia for cookery, patisserie, age care, and hospitality management, seeks a passionate and results-oriented Sales Professional to join our team.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek an enthusiastic and driven individual with at least three years of experience in an education or migration agency. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to represent the college at events and conduct presentations confidently.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets is essential, and a willingness to travel occasionally for interstate or overseas recruitment efforts is a plus.
The successful candidate should have the following skills & attributes:
- Always represent the college in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct presentations and public speeches.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently as required.
- Solid computer skills, especially Microsoft Offices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry and meet targets and goals promptly.
- Keen and willing to learn new skills.
- Available to travel interstate/overseas occasionally.
- Minimum three years experience working in an education/migration agency.
- Excellent speaking and written English
- Ability to understand and interpret Australian Migration legislations and policies.
- Passionate about education and can assist with students' learning and career development.
- Excellent networking and communicative skills
- Polite and courteous and can provide first-class customer service.
- Highly motivated to generate sales.
- Ability and willingness to represent the business and regularly conduct presentations, workshops, and student activities.
- Spanish speaker is highly desired.
- A Driver’s License is a MUST.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with potential students and agents.
- Visit business partners and provide updated information to stakeholders regularly.
- Assist with student activities and business events.
- Attend industry networks and events after hours as required.
- Work in liaison with the admissions team to provide campus tours, course information presentations, etc.
- Assist and update the company's social media accounts regularly.
- Enhance the company's digital presence and social media profile.
- Design flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct presentations to potential students and lead recruitment activities such as hot desk sessions, workshops, and other activities
- Provide administrative backup to the admissions team when required.
