Room Leader

About the Role

You will be responsible for guiding and leading a team of passionate early childhood educators, with the opportunity to work across aged groups ranging from 2 up to 5 years.  This is a fulltime opportunity, offering a 4 or 5 day working week with the ability to work opening and closing shifts.

You will be empowered to:

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs for the children.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a small team of educators, ensuring the highest level of care is provided.
• Create an environment that is safe, inviting and stimulating, that educators, and children want to be part of.
• Record milestones, observations and daily routines of the children using the Early Works programme.

What you will need:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education;
• Previous Room Leader experience, minimum 6-12 months.
• First Aid and CPR Training in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012);
• A valid Working with Children Check (WA) or willing to obtain,
• The right to work in Australia
