Job description

As our Roster Scheduler, you will perform a key role in having direct contact with all internal and external stakeholders, especially our Community Support Assistants, clients and their families, ensuring that our services are exceptional and delivered appropriately. This is an opportunity to work with a quality leading provider in Aged Care Services.Your main focus as part of a dynamic work team is the commitment to all client care, staff and service requirements for specific regions and programs including data entry within iCare, preparing rosters that ensure efficient use of our staff and utilisation of various portals to provide timely communication between all relevant stakeholders.To be successful in this role is your understanding of the Community Services industry and experience in 24-hour rostering and scheduling to a large number of clients and staff in a constantly changing environment.Role CredentialsExperienced aged care workforce scheduler who has successfully managed staff rostering in a fast-paced geographically dispersed environmentAbility to reschedule cover of unplanned changes in staff availability including sick leave, personal leave & emergency replacement or back-filling requirementsExperience in leave planning & scheduling to ensure continuity of care & service delivery to clientsExcellent time management responding to service requests, client & employee enquiriesExperience with 24-hour timesheet checking, collation or payrollKnowledge of & the ability to apply award conditions including compliance of shift rosteringProactive attitude, with the ability to multitask between phones, emails & schedulingCompany RewardsWork within a supportive team of dedicated professionalsCompetitive remuneration packageRewarding position providing quality of life for people within aged careOngoing Training & Development PlanThis is a hugely rewarding role that offers all the benefits of being part of the Dementia & Aged Care Services team, including an excellent salary package with access to salary sacrifice and ongoing career opportunities.
