About the position:
The Rostering Coordinator / Scheduler has the responsibility for the customer service and administration functions in ensuring rostered shifts for staff within hospital and aged care settings.
The Rostering Coordinator will also ensure to provide friendly and professional service to all stakeholders to improve and develop the agency team, to ensure outcomes are in place to provide quality staff to our clients.

Your primary objectives include:
- Scheduling of client services in a timely manner and within a customer focused environment
- Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide services that supports compliance within all areas of the business.
- Undertaking to problem solve client issues using your best customer service skills
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a rostering role.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn new programs.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests.
- An understanding of issues and services for elderly people, persons with a disability and their families and carers.
- Demonstrate that you are suitable to work with aged care and disability clients by providing a Working with Children Check, National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker screening check, Covid-19 Vaccination status, referee checks and required identity checks.
