Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Rostering: Schedule care services with agility, adapting swiftly to changing environments.
- Person-Centered Approach: Deliver services with a strong focus on the individual, making a genuine difference in our clients' lives.
- Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with service providers, representing our organisation with professionalism and compassion.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Use your problem-solving skills and independent thinking to make decisions that align with organisational policies.
- Knowledgeable: Demonstrate a solid understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, My Aged Care, and the Home Care Packages Program.
- Commitment to Positive Outcomes: Show dedication to achieving positive outcomes for our clients and programs.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013, My Aged Care, and the Home Care Packages Program.
- Driver’s License: Current Victorian driver’s license.
- Communication Skills: Strong written skills, including report preparation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office products and internet use.
- Compliance: Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) with Simply Helping added as a notified organisation and NDIS Worker screening check.
- Global Perspectives: Foreign Nationals must provide a current valid [International Police Check] and working visa.
- Personal Attributes: Exhibit well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, autonomous problem-solving skills, and comfort with a high level of accountability.
