About the Role
The Rostering Coordinator focuses on delivering outstanding person-centered support to our clients through building meaningful relationships with clients their families and, our support team. This role is responsible for ensuring that clients are receiving the care and support that they need to live the life that they choose.
Within their role, they must demonstrate high levels of customer service accordingly. No two days will be the same in this role! Primary duties include:
· Meeting customer satisfaction levels with clients, customers, and field staff
· Implement client service responsibilities in line with package or customer/client
· Work in collaboration with the team to coordinate services within business guidelines
· Communications, including interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-centric and efficient manner
About You
You are a passionate and self-driven rostering professional with experience in a rostering and scheduling role. This experience can be from any industry though experience in Aged Care or the Disability sector is a bonus!
You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. Your information technology skills are evolving, and you are comfortable adapting to new systems and processes. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a positive working culture.
