We are looking for an Rostering Officer who is passionate about a person-centered approach, to join our aged care organisation based in Wauchope, NSW.
What you will do
The Rostering Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:
- General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing.
- Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for 40+ staff
- Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave
- Ensure rosters for all employees are accurate and filled as well as published 2 weeks in advance
- Quality Activities e.g. collating audits, preparing reports, maintaining incident and complaint registers.
- Previous experience rostering staff
- Experience using rostering software e.g. Humanforce or similar
- At least two (1-2) years of experience in a similar position
- Good skill level with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, and team work
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Police check or NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
