In the role you will:
- Supporting our Aged Care teams to coordinate care staff that are rostered 24/7
- Potential for a job shared role
- Communicate scheduled changes effectively to staff and managers
- Creating, maintaining and updating shifts in our roster system ensuring sufficient coverage of care services
- Leave planning and required shift replacement
- Monitor roster hours against Direct Care Hour
- Liaising with HR team regarding master roster vacancies
- Ensuring accuracy of roster data so that the flow of information into payroll is correct

Candidates will require:
- Experience in rostering
- Demonstrated ability to keep organised, accurate and confidential records
- Excellent communication skills
- Be reliable
- Able to work in a busy environment
- A passion for people-centred care
- The ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and think on your feet
- Flu vaccination and at least 2 Covid vaccinations
