About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Clinical Services towards ensuring adequate staffing levels are present for each shift, including roster generation and processing functions to ensure that staff rosters are correct and timely.Your Essential Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years clerical experience
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to quality improvement
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word & Excel)
Desirable:- Qualification in Advanced Microsoft Office Programs (Word & Excel)
- Prior experience in a Perioperative setting - clinically or clerically
- Prior experience with Kronos Workforce software
Remuneration$60000-$80000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
