The Role:
Opportunity for a Rostering/Liaison Officer with healthcare experience to join our team based in Unley, Adelaide.  Reporting to the National Assessment Manager, this role is required to co-ordinate Clinical Assessors to conduct AN-ACC assessments at aged care facilities. This role will liaise directly with each Assessor and the nominated facilities to confirm dates and times of attendance at the relevant facility, as well as coordinating travel and accommodation as required.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Aged Care homes ensuring that Assessors are efficiently allocated    to assessment placements
• Co-ordinate travel and accommodation as required
• Maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders 
• Professionally represent the company as a leading Assessment Management     Organisation in Australia
• Identifying gaps in rostering, ensuring there is a pool of available Assessors.
• Manage changes to set schedules due to events or circumstances which may  lead to disruptions to original plan.
• Familiarise and work in accordance with WHS and QMS, policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by National Assessment Manager.
• Present a professional manner and provide excellent customer service.

To be considered:

  • Ability to answer phone/email enquires in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in rostering within the healthcare sector (desirable)
  • Driven, passionate and dedicated to scheduling effective services for clients and staff
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Healthcare desirable.
