Macmahon is inviting applications for Roving Specialist Trainer and assessors to join the surface and civil training and development team. The primary focus of the role is to enable and support efficient and effective deployment of the employee development programs with surface and civil training teams.
As a Roving Specialist Trainer and Assessor at Macmahon, your expertise in mining production operations and training, plus your passion for developing people, will see you succeed and contribute to the safety and ongoing success across our surface and civil mining operations within WA. For this professional role, Macmahon is offering family-friendly 8:6 (All Days) roster.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning and development improvement opportunities that will facilitate accelerated training pathways.
- Develop and drive stakeholder engagement and establish relationships with sites to allow open and productive communication and information exchange.
- Advise and assist the Macmahon site training departments to maintain and manage the process for training and reporting systems (LMS).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (or working towards completing)
- Competent in operating and training on a variety of heavy machinery - various Ancillary Machine experience.
- Solid computer skills and proficient in MS, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience in Excavation operation in Mining environment.
