• Identify learning and development improvement opportunities that will facilitate accelerated training pathways.
• Develop and drive stakeholder engagement and establish relationships with sites to allow open and productive communication and information exchange.
• Advise and assist the Macmahon site training departments to maintain and manage the process for training and reporting systems (LMS).

Qualifications and attributes

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (or working towards completing)
