About the role
- FIFO from Perth
- 8:6 Family-friendly roster (negotiable)
- Identify learning and development improvement opportunities that will facilitate accelerated training pathways.
- Develop and drive stakeholder engagement and establish relationships with sites to allow open and productive communication and information exchange.
- Advise and assist the Macmahon site training departments to maintain and manage the process for training and reporting systems (LMS).
About you
- Hold current Certificate IV in Training & Assessing
- Competent in operating and training on a variety of underground machinery and operational processes.
- Solid computer skills and proficient in MS, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously and build relationships quickly.
- Previous experience in production or development drill operations in an underground environment (ideally)
- Nationally accredited competencies relevant to underground operations e.g. Certificate III Underground Metalliferous Mining (ideally)
