The purpose of the Leecare eNRMC Expansion project is to enhance the digital medication electronic Aged Care enterprise system. This system is currently implemented at all 47 aged care facilities in regional Local Health Networks (LHNs).
Regional Local Health Networks (LHNs) provide residential aged care services to 1440 Consumers across 48 sites throughout South Australia. An enterprise system to maintain Consumer information and care planning is in place at 23 (number) sites, improving quality and safety of consumer care and helping those sites to meet national accreditation standards.
This project will involve significant stakeholder engagement, training, and communications activities. Stakeholders to be involved include General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Nursing staff, across all regional LHNs. The new functionality will improve the interaction between Clinician and pharmacists and improve the quality and safety of the care provided.
Additional functionality on top of the rollout of the improved eNRMC across all 47 sites will include the roll out of the My Care app will improve the interaction between the residents in the aged care facility and the consumers families/guardians, by giving them limited access to the residents care.
The Senior Business Analysts role will support the project by fulfilling the duties as described. The Business Analyst role will support the project by fulfilling the duties as described.
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible to the Leecare eNRMC Expansion Project Manager, for ensuring successful implementation of the Leecare Expansion Project. The position will provide business analysis support to assist the Rural Support Service in meeting its objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for undertaking the following functions:
- responsible for coordinating and undertaking a range of complex change audit, analysis and management services and activities including the development and implementation of change management, business management, communications, stakeholder management, training materials and training plans in support of the Leecare eNRMC Expansion Project.
- The role develops, documents and reviews project artefacts, coordinates, undertakes and reports on a range of business requirements actions and provide expert advice and support for the business case.
The RSS is spread across regional and metro SA operating in a client-centred model, providing leadership and expertise in digital health and innovation, regional health and wellbeing services, regional workforce planning and development, business services and state-wide clinical services.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
