SENIOR AREA MANAGER
About Us:
We are a fast paced, high volume men's fashion wear brand with a strong presence in the market place. We pride ourselves on good customer service and constant dedication to producing and delivering high quality men's wear. An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Senior Area Manager to join our team in SYDNEY, NSW
Ideally you will have:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience managing between 5 - 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel
- A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment
- Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
- Planning and organisational skills
- Training and development skills
- The ability to set clear direction and follow up
Having strong sales and KPI focus and an ability to drive your focus through your team is preferred to an apparel background but not essential.
