Return And Earn Area Manager, Wagga Wagga

Your role as Return & Earn Area Manager (based in Wagga Wagga) is to provide leadership and strategic direction to the operation of Vinnies NSW CDS (Container Deposit Scheme) Depots within the specified region.  Your primary goals are to achieve the organisation’s business objectives in sales revenue, expense control and staff & volunteer development.  You will have great collaboration and engagement skills with internal stakeholders and external business partners; and capacity to continue the growth of CDS.

• Oversee the overall operations of CDS teams within your area – train, supervise, motivate and provide guidance to staff members and volunteers.
• Establish good working partnerships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Drive a culture that exhibits high levels of customer service and safety.
• Ensure work, health and safety practices are implemented and maintained.
• Support the growth of the CDS business through business relationship building, marketing and other relevant strategies.

• Proven leadership skills and management experience
• Capacity to work collaboratively in business development
• Competent in using MS Office suite, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Driver’s licence; capacity to travel
• Good communications and reporting skills
