- 3 days a week with possibly a view to 4-5 days a week
- 8.30am to 3pm - flexible with hours

These are the basic tasks required from the role to start with, but may change or increase as the role develops:
Reception duties
- Receiving clients / visitors / deliveries to the office
- Setting up training room for course
- Taking payments if required
- Answering all incoming calls
- Course processing
- Enrolling new students
- Processing students on courses
- Processing paperwork
Compliance
- Verify certificates
- Confirm certificate verifications from third parties
- Checking pre-requisites for selected courses
- Eventually assist Compliance Manager in audits
- Unit review and moderations
- General compliance
- Unit updates
Marketing
- Understanding branding
- Assist/Run Facebook / Google postings and updates
- Assist in local marketing efforts
- Bring ideas to the table on how to promote TC and our services
- Understanding of RTO industry
- PowerPro preferred, but if not, any RTO system
- Advanced Microsoft Skills
- Experience working with Canva
- Experience with Social Media Posting
- Attention to detail
- A lot of initiative to want to develop the role
- Confidence to bring ideas to the table
- Time management
- Strong organisational skills
