We are looking for a Training Administrator to cover maternity leave with the potential to extend.
As a Training Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our student's journey, serving as one of the primary points of contact to assist with enrolment related queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for inputting data accurately into our student management system, updating records, reporting to relevant government bodies.
The successful applicant will also:
• Have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and prospective clients
• Be able to collaborate within a team to produce desired outcomes
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring timely processing of enrolment related activities
• Assist in maintaining compliance with RTO standards
• Undertake general RTO administrative duties
• Provide administration support to the RTO training staff as required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational or training environment.
