This dynamic and compliant Registered Training Organisation is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the training division on a full-time basis for an immediate start. The role can be based at one of our local campuses with the opportunity to work flexibly.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Knowledge of Government funding
- Preparing monitoring reports to partnering companies
- Arranging enrolment paperwork for students
- Registering enrolments and checking eligibility
- Ensuring all documentation is assessed and compliant
- Data entry of enrolments, training plans, attendance sheets and entering completed units
- Interaction and support of students and other key stakeholders
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Minimum two years of office administration experience in vocational education and training (VET) sector is ideal
- Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance with policy and legislation;
- Knowledge of VET Quality Framework guidelines, in particular the Standards for RTO’s is ideal
- Knowledge and experience with the use of aXcelerate student management system.
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders;
- A proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively;
- A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work autonomously under minimal supervision;
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and experience, particularly the Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be a team-player and have the initiative to problem-solve and adapt quickly to a constantly changing RTO environment.
